A pilot is a full deployment at small scale, not a demo. Your itinerary becomes a corridor of verified places, each written in your voice at three depths, approved by you before any guest sees it. Guests scan a code in the cabin and the landscape starts to answer them, with no download and no account.
At the end of the season you receive the route brief: where guests reached for context, which stories held, and where nothing exists yet. It is the material for the next conversation, whether that is with us or without us.
