Digital daily and crew brief
The day's programme and what to say about it — drafted overnight.
An idea we are testing with operators who have retired the printed daily. Olga drafts tomorrow's programme, port notes and a one-page crew brief from your itinerary and the journey we have already written — reviewed by the hotel director, published to the guest layer.
Crew time is the scarcest resource on board. The daily is written every evening by someone who has other work. The place stories exist already; the daily is mostly the same knowledge in another shape.
We are looking for two or three operators to run this for a season. The brief carries the same source discipline as everything else — nothing is invented, and the hotel director signs it off before it goes anywhere.
What you receive
- Guest-facing daily programme in the guest layer and as a printable page
- Port notes and 'what to say today' for crew, one page
- Multilingual, in the operator's tone profile
- Hotel-director review step built in
